* The first night of class, students will submit a six digit personal code which they may use for access to the studio at any time. During class time, priority for wheel use remains with those enrolled in the particular class. Students for beginning pottery must be over age 21 (younger individuals admitted at the discretion of the management).

** The $210 fee includes 25 lbs of clay and the firing time and glazes to finish the work made from it. Students may need to purchase a tool kit (about $13) separately.

Policies for Registering

By registering for a session, you are also agreeing to abide by the following terms and conditions:

Registered users having 24/7 access to Covington Clay must be over 21 years of age (Parent/Child workshops, Corporate Team Building workshops and other Special Gatherings do not have 24/7 access. Therefore, the age requirement does not apply to those participants).

A registration is not complete until a payment in full is received. .

Class space is limited, therefore refunds for the cancellation of a paid registration will be paid according to the following schedule:

1. Cancellations received 14 days or more prior to the first day of the session will receive a full refund.

2. Cancellations received 7-14 days prior to the first day of the session will receive a 50% refund.

3. No refund will be offered for class cancellations received 7 days or less prior to the first day of the session.

Security codes used for 24/7 access to the studio are to be kept strictly confidential. Registered users of the Covington Clay studio are responsible for keeping their security code private. Only the registered user is authorized to use their security code. Any violation of this policy will result in the immediate termination, without refund, of the registered user's access to Covington Clay.

Registration for a session is a commitment for seven weeks. Instruction is given during scheduled class time only. Covington Clay cannot be held responsible for unexpected changes in a registered user's schedule.

Working with clay can present possible restrictions for pregnant women, so, if you are pregnant, please contact us before registering.
